Carr Lynch and Sandell, inc has the vision and creativity to conceive your project and the knowledge, experience and management skills to make it a reality. Our projects range from private residences to regional master plans and building complexes located around the world. We have strong project management skills and can, if desired, provide projects in a single source design/build approach. Works vary in scale from the master planning of a region to design of a single family home. our objective is to create beautiful, livable places that are socially and environmentally responsible. The firm's planning, urban design, and landscape design is recognized nationally. Our architecture practice has a strong regional basis and character and is deeply rooted in the firm's planning and urban design base. We strive to create architecture that respects context and reinforces community. One of our founders, Kevin Lynch (noted MIT professor in urban studies planning), stated that "our role as designers is to help create a vision and then to define ways to attain it". This remains a major underpinning of our firm's design philosophy.
