General Info:

With 80 years of experience, Camp Massasoit provides campers ages 5 to 16 with programs that are developmentally appropriate for each stage of their physical and cognitive growth. Camp Massasoit is an “experiential” camp. Our campers learn by doing, not by being told. It is the valuable process that they pass through individually that allows them to take responsibility for their learning and proceed at their own pace. Camp holds life lessons for everyone. During the day, campers experience a variety of activities that include participation in the Challenge Course, archery, swimming, Project WILD, and boating. Voyager Camp is designed as a transitional program for young campers, advancing them from day camp without creating the pressure that an overnight trip can bring. Walk-A-Bout is designed as a steppingstone for campers who are seeking to further their outdoor skills. Walk-A-Bout is more in-depth than our Voyager program, but less rigorous and demanding than our Adventure Camp.
