We are a full service general contractor. We'll work with you to determine your needs, timeframe, and budget. We'll work with your architects and engineers, or we'll recommend them to you. We'll coordinate with the city to pull permits and ensure that every aspect of the project meets code. We're happy to help you with cabinets, countertops, appliances, tiles, finishes, and colors, or we'll use what you've already selected. We'll deliver your project from start to finish, on time and within budget. Zinga Construction, Inc was founded in 2002 by Dave Van Doren. Dave has been involved in the construction industry since he was old enough to swing a hammer. Before starting Zinga, Dave worked for Woodcrest Homes as a project superintendent, and for Gerald H. Phipps as a project engineer. Previously, he worked for several home building and remodeling companies. Dave graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and from Wentworth Institute of Technology with an Associate in Applied Science degree in Building Construction Technology. Since it's founding, Zinga has remodeled and built dozens of custom homes and commercial properties along the Front Range of Colorado. We work hard to ensure that you get excellent quality work on time and within your budget. Zinga is a member of the Better Business Bureau and is certified, licensed, and insured.
