Here AT yoga nidra studio. We respect individuality. We practice yoga OFF the MAT AS well AS on the MAT. We practice the 8 limbs of yoga. YOU will BE taught these limbs AS classes progress. Here YOU will learn that YOU CAN adhere to the 8 limbs of yoga without losing a sense of self. YOU will NOT BE judged on appearance. Diet. Or lifestyle choices. Yoga is the union of mind. Body and spirit. That said. It is for everybody and every body. YOU are NOT TOO BIG. TOO small. TOO flexible or NOT flexible enough to practice yoga. YOU are perfect. And YOU are here to GET what YOU need to GET OUT of your practice. We respect THAT. KEEP in mind that silence is Also observed during class. Allowing YOU to focus on your breath. Meditation and asana (poses). Yoga is joyful. We will have FUN during class. After ALL. This is yoga nidra studio. And it is yoga. Brooklyn style.
