Yoga in Daily Life in Buford has been bringing the benefits of yoga and meditation to the Buford and surrounding communities in the Greater Atlanta area since 1999. We offer yoga classes taught by certified instructors according to the internationally acclaimed system Yoga in Daily LifeÂ®. The Yoga in Daily Life System is a gentle, progressive system consisting of eight levels. Everyone begins at Level 1 and gradually works his/her way through the levels. Each level of practice emphasizes four aspects of yoga: relaxation, asanas, breathing practice, and meditation. Each class meets two times per week for an hour and a half. Anyone can practice Yoga in Daily Life, regardless of age, experience, or physical fitness.
