We do this with a focus on an enjoyment of the practice rather than a fixation on perfect poses.We dont teach to the perfect pose.Despite what some might have you believe, yogaisactually a form of exercise. While you may make discoveries of a spiritual nature we will never suggest that yoga is first and foremost meant for those seeking enlightenment. Ourclasseswill infuseelementsof teachings that may include those of a spiritual nature but we are first and foremost looking to help you find connection with your body, your breath, and your mind.
