About WISE Wise Seed Company, Inc is a family owned and operated business serving the southeastern United States since 1969. Working directly with the owners and sons assures that you will always get the best service possible. We at Wise Seed Company, Inc take pride in all of our products which are produced and processed right here in and around Central and South Florida. Seeds are all planted, grown, harvested and processed by Wise Seed Company, Inc to insure our customers the highest quality and lowest prices possible. When Junior Wise was told the seed company he worked for was closing, he and his wife, Guelda, took a leap of faith and purchased the fallen company's equipment. In 1969 they began Wise Seed Company. Nearly forty years and three generations later, Wise Seed Company, Inc still prides itself as a business built on integrity, honesty and perseverance. Sons: Doug, Rudy and Clint as well as grandsons Jim, Tony, Clint Jr., and Justin are now responsible for day to day operations of Wise Seed Company. Overseeing the planting, growing, harvesting, processing and sales of all seeds including millets, grain rye, bahia, and aeschynomene ( the largest producer in the country ). Wise Seed Company also imports specialty grasses including Mulato II, a high protein grass hailing from researchers in Brazil.
