HOW long DO lash extensions last? eyelash extensions CAN last from 2 4 weeks depending on your natural eyelash cycle. And HOW well YOU take care of them. (especially during the first 48HRS) your natural lashes are always in ONE of the three stages. Anagen (growth). Catagen (transition) and TELOGEN (resting). During anagan phase your lashes are actively growing to a specific length. This phase CAN last UP to 30 to 45 days. Next is the catagen phase. When your lashes stop growing lasting 2 3 weeks. TELOGAN final phase CAN last 100 days. This is when your lashed rest. Your lashes CAN BE in ANY ONE of these PHASESAT ANY given time. Which is WHY some days YOU lose more lashes than others.
