A 1969 graduate of Harvard University, he holds the advanced insurance designations of Certified Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He has served as a Sales Manager for Metropolitan Life and Director of Special Marketing for Maine Fidelity Life. Steve was an officer of Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Co, a subsidiary of U.S.F.&G., in Baltimore, MD. and National Sales Manager, Employee Benefits for Lincoln National Life in Fort Wayne, IN. He worked to create first generation employee benefit programs, including some of the first 401 ( k ) and Section 125 plans. His particular expertise is employee benefit communication, which he utilizes in personally handling all first time implementations
