American Family Living, based in Orange, Calif., is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1977 by Jene and Evie Wilson. It is located on a Victorian estate that includes a fully restored mansion built by John Fletcher in 1885. Its grounds include offices, meeting and banquet rooms, courtyards, and a recording studio that AFL uses to produce its radio show, Spread a Little Love Around. The Victorian estate gardens are available for weddings, receptions, birthdays, bar mitzvahs, graduations, rehearsal dinners and a variety of special occasions. American family Living also provides professional counseling services through its Christian counseling center in Orange County, Calif. Additionally, the nonprofit organization hosts seminars on a wide range of topics. AFL is a member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, and has been a member of Evangelical Christian Financial Accountability since 1978.
