Locally owned and operated, our facility and staff are accredited by the American Board for Certification and the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association.With over thirty years experience, our highly trained practitioners are able to measure, design, and fabricate a wide variety of custom orthotics and prosthetics for children and adults. All fabrication is performed on site at our office located at 3909 Oleander Drive (next to Red Wing Shoes).First Step Therapy, Wilmington NCFirst Step Therapy is a local company owned, staffed, and managed by Physical Therapists. Located next door to Wilmington Orthotics and Prosthetics, we specialize in gait training with lower extremity prosthesis, as well as post CVA or other neurological involvement. We collaborate with local physicians to ensure maximum functional outcomes for all our patients.Our therapists have over thirty years combined experience with a wide variety of diagnoses.
