Great attention is given to the smallest details to ultimately create an extraordinary sense of realism and artistic accuracy. Every piece is created as an executive quality mount and completed in a timely manner. Our love and study of wildlife coupled with our artistic recreation of your specimen make our professional studio capable of meeting all your taxidermy needs. Wild Prairie Taxidermy Studio was established by Mike Mitzel, a graduate of the Northwest Iowa School of Taxidermy. We are a full time, state and federally licensed studio located just outside of Aberdeen, South Dakota. We look forward to offering unique ideas and giving your trophy the personal touch it deserves.
