Cortney Budney is a Certified Holistic Health Coach.  She has a knack for helping people determine how they can get what they want out of life by implementing more positive, healthy, and beneficial daily practices. She helps people to overcome anxiety, stress, fatigue, weight issues, relationship struggles, the effects of trauma, eating disorders, depression, lack of purpose, and much more.  Cortney also works with people in helping them to achieve life goals and conquer their fears.  She works with individuals, children, families, and couples. Talk with Cortney about family services for children who have dealt with trauma, she will work with the child as well as with the parents and assist the family in the process of understanding and healing. Cortney's approach is alternative and open minded.  She understands that each person is unique and we all have different tastes, preferences, lifestyles, and body types.  Therefore, there is no one answer.  Cortney will work with you to implement a program that is based on your individual needs, likes, dislikes, and lifestyles.   Cortney is also a Reiki Practitioner as well as Access Consciousness Practitioner.  She believes in the healing power of personal, natural, and universal energies.  Cortney offers these energy services in addition to her coaching services to provide a better overall Body, Mind, and Spirit healing.Â
