Whether it is learning to increase self understanding or put your life into perspective, you can take charge of your life.  You can  improve your relationships, identify your goals and achieve them, work toward your true potential, and break the cycle to stop repeating the same mistakes of the past.  I can help you get there.  I am a licensed teacher turned family therapist who specializes in counseling individuals, couples, and families who are tired of sabotaging themselves, who want to be free of unhealthy habits, and who want to feel like a success in their life again.
