For over 5 years we've been a Certified Zeiss Technical Partner. Our vast experience with Zeiss CMMs and software has put Western Metrology, Inc. into a unique position to offer Zeiss Certified training in almost every Zeiss software. We offer training in; Calypso (Basic, Advanced, Curve, PCM), Blade-Pro, Holos, Umess-UX (Basic & Advanced), Dimension, as well as others. This training can either be purchased through Western Metrology, Inc. or Zeiss depending on your support preferences and needs. We are also an approved Zeiss Service Partner. Our Zeiss trained technician has many years experience working on Zeiss equipment from rebuilding Scanning Heads to Rotary Tables. We have saved customers thousands of dollars by providing local rebuild and repair services on equipment that would have otherwise been sent to Germany. We are licensed by Zeiss to use current service software and technical support from Zeiss directly. Any Zeiss replacement past include the standard factory warranty. Our calibrations are traceable to NIST using standard Zeiss protocols.
