Located in Owensboro Ky., Wendell Foster's Campus has been providing support programs for people with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities since 1947. It is a private, nonprofit corporation that offers individualized support, therapy and training to empower individuals with mental retardation and developmental disorders.
