Vortex Construction Co., LLC was founded by owners Brent Morris and Tracey King. With over 30 years of combined experience in the commercial construction world, they are dedicated to providing new and existing clients with the best quality, reliability and customer service in the industry. Brent Morris is a graduate of North Carolina State University where he majored in Civil Engineering. His career includes extensive work in concrete construction, work in the framing and drywall industry, commercial general contracting, construction of hospitality projects and managing projects for both NC State and Duke Universities. Tracey King is a Construction Management graduate from East Carolina University. Before starting Vortex, he worked for commercial general contractors on wide range of projects for the 13 years.
