Virginia Property Specialists Virginia Property Specialists a licensed LLC Contracting Company Headquartered in Henrico County, Virginia. Dennis, the owner, has been in the general construction business for nearly 20 years and is a master carpenter and has done everything from installing trim ( photo gallery available ) to operating cranes. After finally realizing his calling, Dennis decided to start his own company with one goalto prove that a contracting firm CAN actually do the job they say they can without the homeowner coming out thinking they got cheated. Dennis' Grandfather, two Uncles, and father were all very skilled carpenters, to such that both Uncles are considered Master Cabinet Makers. Prior to his passing, Dennis' Grandfather owned a contracting firm in the Hampton Roads area. His father could fix virtually anything that needed it. I guess you could say that becoming a contractor/carpenter are in his blood and what he was destined to do. One of the things that Virginia Property Specialists LLC does that we have yet to see any others advertise is offering a 10% discount on the labor portion of any job to Seniors AND Active Military personnel ( proof may be required ).
