Victoria (Vikki) Bouffard has been working as an artist for most of her life. In childhood, drawing was a favorite pastime. She began painting as a young mother, first working in oils. Her love for watercolor developed under the tutelage of Julie Hickcox of Watertown , Connecticut, with whom she studied for five years.
