Versatile Dance Company is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization located in Akron, OH that began in July of 2009. The company consists of a group of 15 dancers, male and female, ages 15 to 19, that live all over the state of Ohio. Each member has an incredible passion and gift to dance, and has decided to take that love to the next level by being a part of VDC. They have already worked towards accomplishing goals and achievements that are brand new to the dance world. Mitchel Federan is the Artistic Director of VDC. He and his dancers not only bring about a new blended style of dancing, but they also put their talents to use in the best way possible - by benefiting various local charities and displaying their creation to audiences around Ohio. Every show they create focuses on a topic that will touch peoples hearts, and also shine light on a charities importance. With their powerful, exuberant, and exciting movement, VDCs performances will surely entertain audiences of all ages, and its companies like VDC that support the arts and keep them thriving for all to see.
