Van s Industrial was conceived in 1964 by its founder, Donald Van Camp. Donald, a sheet metal worker himself, started the business to provide industrial and commercial clients with light and medium gauge sheet metal services. From 1964 through 1985, Donald and his wife Frances grew a business that not only focused on sheet metal, but also light general contracting. As of 1990, Van s Industrial has been firmly in its second generation with Dave Van Camp continuing to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to our customers. Dave, also starting out as a sheet metal worker, has maintained his father s core business and philosophies, but has expanded the capabilities of the business in providing more general contracting services with design-build projects while specializing in many mechanical areas of expertise. Safety is our top priority. In addition to having a comprehensive safety program, all of our employees are trained in 10-hour OSHA training. We are committed to keeping our EMR low through enhanced safety and training. Additionally, Van s Industrial has received safety accommodations from the NWIBRT, SMACNA and TAUC."
