Valley West Engineering offers civil engineering design & construction administration services in the Rocky Mountain region. Licensed in Wyoming, Idaho & Montana, our Engineers have a wealth of experience in the areas of site development & design, transportation, and water resource engineering. Amy is a professional engineer with experience throughout the region. Her areas of expertise include transportation, municipal & drainage design utilizing various software with specific proficiency in Microstation & GEOPAK. Amy has a diverse design & construction background which includes interstate highways, interchange design, urban streets, site development projects, water distribution systems & hydrology. She consistently exceeds expectations for both project budgets & schedules. American Society of Civil Engineers Transportation & Development Institute Wyoming Engineering Society James has a wide range of experience in the areas of transportation and municipal engineering, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and the analysis and design of hydraulic structures. He has worked primarily as a consultant design engineer, but also has the unique experience of working at both the state and local levels of government. For the Montana Department of Transportation, Mr. Ramage worked on rural, urban and interstate design projects. As the Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Sheridan, he was in charge of water and wastewater operations, overseeing staff, budgets, improvement projects, consultant designs and construction activities. Through this diverse experience, he has developed considerable technical expertise and fostered valuable managerial and interpersonal skills. With first hand knowledge of a client's perspective, James knows what it takes to meet their expectations.
