As a certified "woman-owned business, " Valley Floor Company is under the direction of Bobbie Fritcher and her daughter Valley Floor Company Team Bobbie Fritcher is our President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, she specializes in working with residential builders and their clients to help the new homeowners choose and design their new floors and surfaces. Harvey Fritcher continues to work with many commercial builders and their clients to experience our personal dedication to the successful completion of their project. April Sta. Rosa is the Chief Operations Officer. She oversees the finances of the company and controls the day-to-day functions of the business. As the second generation of ownership at Valley Floor Company she encourages an "ownership" mentality within every employee. Dale Griffiths and Jim Sta. Rosa manage the sales staff and the marketing of Valley Floor Company. Their experienced sales staff serves a wide range of clientelle and projects. Gene Bircher is the Operations manager, overseeing the installation crews, project managers, and warehouse.
