General Info:

We offer a full range of home medical equipment and medical supplies (sorry no oxygen supplies or CPAP). We deliver to much of Chicagoland for free and offer patient training services for the equipment we do deliver. We sell new and refurbished equipment for cash or through insurance. We also rent equipment for cash or through insurance. Unlike many places, we will provide forms and other assistance patients in trying to obtain prior approval through the below insurances, including for unusual equipment not listed. Keep in mind that the content of your doctors notes establishes the medical necessity. If you need a particular product from a specific manufacturer, we have access to a wide range of suppliers. We will do special orders, but we may ask you to pay at the time you place the order
