Each individual in our company specializes in the unique service that he or she is dispatched to your home to complete. We require each of our technicians to specialize for the purpose of not having a "jack of all trades" delivering mediocre services in your home. Most importantly we want you to understand that we treat your home with the same respect and care that we treat our own with. We have studied carpet from the top down, then from the bottom up and to accredit our name we are an IICRC Firm, WoolSafe Certified, and have numerous affiliates in different cleaning agencies that proudly stand side-by-side with our techniques and operations. When it comes to pricing and rates we’re happy to give you all of this information upfront so there aren’t any surprises at the time of service. We even give complimentary onsite proposals to homes within 10 miles of our office! When it comes to equipment we're completely open about our use of either standard truck mounted units, or the most powerful electric powered steam cleaning equipment available.
