Muay Thai Kickboxing Draper Muay Thai Kickboxing is easily one of the most intense, hardcore forms of martial arts on the planet - if not the most intense. Mixed Martial Arts Draper Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) as we teach it here in Salt Lake County, Draper is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques from various disciplines such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The rules allow the use of both striking, Kickboxing and grappling techniques, both while on the ground or standing. MMA has been made popular by the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and major clothing brands like Tapout and Afflication. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Draper Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, self-defense system and a combat sport that focuses on grappling, wrestling and ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan Judo in the early 20th century and then moved to Brazil where it was redefined and improved upon. BJJ can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi or no-gi) , mixed martial arts (MMA) competition and is great for developing balance, speed and agility.
