Currently, we are the only certified training center in TN authorized to teach Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Combatives® & Gracie Bullyproof ®. In addition we offer sport oriented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, massage therapy, myofascial trigger point therapy and specialized fitness classes. Myofacial trigger point therapy is a wonderful drug free pain management alternative that goes hand in hand with a healthy lifestyle.
