At Transformation Health & Fitness, I have the opportunity to help others get fit in a fun realistic way with real expectations and goals. I offer a variety of services to help, not only motivational, but with real tools, including the sale of homemade nutritious snack foods and protein bars. Personal Training is the heart of what I do. I train clients individually in their homes. Also, I’ve made it efficient for me, the owner and affordable for the client through group training, where the client is helped individually, but works out with a few other people---the same people. We build friendships, camaraderie; create healthy habits through exercise and nutrition homework assignments. This takes place at various facilities and can be arranged at most businesses or churches. I also do boot camps in warm-weather months. I am an internationally certified trainer. I continue my own education yearly, expanding my knowledge to be able to offer more to my clients. My degree is in natural health, so I offer nutrition consultations and as a help to clients during personal training. Every client gets the knowledge necessary to lose weight, gain muscle, eat healthfully and create solutions for doing so. I am located in Wareham, Massachusetts, training clients in surrounding towns. I also offer Skype training online. I believe personal attention in exercise and nutrition brings the best results for anyone trying to get in the best shape of their lives. All funds help pay for equipment, rental of space, and compensating the trainer. 10% or more always goes to The Lord. I welcome clients at various fitness levels. All group trainings are modifiable to each participant as needed. Bartering is a great asset to my company. It works well and both parties benefit.
