TWR maintains strategic partnerships in 40 countries with more than 200 organizations, including Thru the Bible, Insight for Living, In Touch, Leading the Way and Back to the Bible. TWR was founded in 1952 and is based in Cary, N.C. Its first broadcast was aired in 1954 from a 2,500-watt transmitter in Tangier, Morocco.
