Life Coaching is all about helping peole get from where they are in their life to where they want to get to.  If everyone is being honest with themselves, we could all do with improving an area or two of our lives.  Everyone knows what to do in life to become more successful but they don't do what they know  Life coaches help bridge the gap between where you are to where you want to be. It is a Life Coach's job to help people get what they want in life by breaking down the barriers that people impose on themselves.   Rather than telling someone the answers, a Life Coach is the catalyst for getting a client to find the answers themselves.  By asking challenging and thought provoking questions, a Life Coach can unlock gthe potential in a client.   Coaching is forward looking and focused on the action you are willing to take to get what you want out of life.  Sometimes you can't see the forst for the trees!  Coaching enables you to see different alternatives, to take a step back and then examine your life.   A faith-based life coach is a challenge to live by solid principles by someone who cares genuinely about your wellbeing with unconditional support, being your champion, sounding boarfd motivator, mentor and co-designer on projects. Journeying together to your best life inclues goal setting, looking at wins and losses, challenges and opportunities.   Sessions may be focused on one specific goal or challenge a client is facing or much broader sets of personal or professional issues.   Your life can be powerfully changed through Christian life coaching.
