The color coat uses advanced pigments with exceptional durability and resistance to fading. A clear top coat extends the life of the coating system. The color coats are also available in a cool version, designed to reflect the heat of invisible infrared sunlight. These coatings are certified by the Cool Roof Rating Council and listed with the EPA.We gladly offer a 10 year warranty against water leaks, and also cracking, peeling, or chipping of the coating system. The warranty is transferrable to any subsequent owner of your property.
