Since the acquisition and following purchases and plant openings, Thomas Concrete operates nearly 40 concrete plants throughout Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The company, an employer of more than 800, operates hundreds of mixer trucks. Thomas Concrete maintains an operation in Alpharetta, Ga.
