We have several talented instructors who have dedicated a very large portion of their lives to learning and teaching martial arts, including self-defense, Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, T'ai Chi & Qigong, Filipino Martial Arts 'Kali', Hapkido, Capoeira, and more! Whether you're looking for a class to improve your technique, balance, and physical strength or you would like to take your fitness to the next level, our team has you covered. Unlike other martial arts centers in the area, we strive to help the younger generations in our community become well rounded, respected individuals. We take pride in our ability to connect with our kids and teens while teaching them valuable lessons that will help them achieve greatness in every area of their life. In October, we are changing our youth programs around to include children 5 to 14 years of age.
