He has experienced a longtime relationship with world acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud. Serving as Chef de Cuisine, he managed the kitchen at Michelin-starred Daniel in Manhattan for several years. Chef Martineau’s French inspired menus make use of offerings from local farms, seafood purveyors, and freshly picked herbs & vegetables from the Chef’s garden at the inn.
