A: for ALL classes YOU will want to Bring water. For your convenience. Bottled water is Also available for purchase AT the check in desk for $2. Q: DO I need to Bring a yoga MAT? a: refer to class descriptions. Yoga mats are available to rent for $2 each PER class. Q: what footwear should I wear? a: refer to class descriptions. Q: when should I arrive for classes? a: NEW clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to complete registration process. Established clients should arrive within 5 minutes of start time. The doors will BE locked promptly AT the start time of each class to protect your belongings in the front area. Q: what if I have to leave early? a: early departure from class will NOT BE allowed with the exception of 5AM. 60 minute classes in which a 5:45AM announcement will BE made. If YOU need to leave early. YOU must DO SO AT that time. Otherwise. YOU will need to stay for the duration of the class. Q: if I’M PRE paid. HOW DO I check in? a: ALL prepaid clients MAY self check in on the ipad before proceeding to class unless it is a happy hour class. Then everybody is to sign in AT the front desk. Q: where CAN I store personal belongings? a: space is available for your personal belongings in the cubbies near the check in desk. Q: what is your mobile phone policy? a: mobile phones need to remain in the CUBBIES/RECEPTION area during ALL fitness classes unless YOU have a child in the CHILDCARE facility in which case YOU are welcome to keep them in the workout room by YOU. Q: CAN I Bring MY children to participate in class? a: children 14 and UP are welcome to participate in ANY of the classes offered AT the studio AS long AS they are able to DO SO without disruption. Q: what is your child care policy? a: ALL children NOT participating in classes will need to stay in the designated CHILDCARE area for the duration of class. For the safety of your little ones. NO small children will BE allowed in the workout room unless participating in a class. We DO NOT offer diapering or snacks. And there is NO food allowed in the CHILDCARE area. Your child is allowed a maximum of 1.5 hours PER DAY in the facility PER state requirements. If. For ANY reason. The PARENT/GUARDIAN is needed, a message will BE sent to HIS/HER cell phone. CHILDCARE will BE provided for ages 6 weeks UP to 14. CHILDCARE will BE available during specific class times and days. Please check the schedule online to reserve your spot. OUR maximum is 6 little ones PER class. SO BE sure to book online. PRE payment is required to reserve your spot and refunds will NOT BE given in the case of a NO show. Q: when are your Showers available? a: the studio will BE open 30 minutes after the completion of most classes. During that time. YOU MAY shower. GET ready to take on the DAY. ETC. ALL staff will leave promptly 30 minutes after each class is completed. Showers will BE available for the following class times: 5AM 60 minute classes. 9:30AM. And 12PM.
