Where Family and Friends Gather The Southern Deli exists to be a light to the Apopka community. Its mission is to provide wholesome, home-cooked, delicious meals served with a healthy side of love, education and resources to improve the overall quality of our community. Monday through Saturday The Southern Deli will be open to provide delicious, wholesome, and home-cooked lunches and dinners. Our recipes have been approved by family and friends who have strongly encouraged us to open The Southern Deli. The menu consists of healthy and hearty home cooked meats, vegetables, sides and breads made fresh daily using local resources when available. Wholesome Cooking Prepared Fresh using Local Ingredients All of the recipes are made from scratch to reduce artificial ingredients like partially hydrogenated oils and other words that you can’t pronounce or process, and to reduce hidden sugars.
