We look to create specific and comprehensive workouts to enhance strength, explosive power, speed, agility, and flexibility, while decreasing the occurrence of athletic injuries. The Pitt focuses on these aspects to ultimately help athletes obtain their goals in various sports and positions. The Pitt has Teamed up with Brian McDonough, the owner of Edge Performance Systems. McDonough has trained over 250 professional athletes throughout his career. His program has been field tested and proven to be successful by athletes across the country. The Pitt has Teamed up with 4c Sports, a first-of-kind objective, kinematic evaluation service. 4c Sports analytics aid training and medical staff in athlete injury risk assessment by capturing athletes in 3-dimensions, to identify movement imbalances missed by the naked eye. The Pitt intends to utilize McDonough’s vast knowledge and experience along with 4c Sport’s state of the art injury prevention techniques, to create professional grade training
