Island gem by Chef’s Seth and Angela Raynor, owners of the Boarding House. Creative coastal kitchen showcasing seasonal shellfish and seafood, produce from Island farmers and heritage meats. Executive-chef, Seth Raynor and team create dishes to showcase flavors inspired by off-season travels while paying homage to the origin of each dish and retain the integrity of the ingredients. In honor the 20th anniversary Chef-owners Angela & Seth Raynor, returned to Japan sourced much of their original culinary inspirations for the pearl. Spending extended time in Tokyo and Kyoto. For loyal guests do not panic- The Pearl’s signature entrée, Salt & Pepper Wok Fried Lobster, considered to be one of the Island’s best lobster dishes by Travel & Leisure magazine earning a World’s Best Award will remain on the menu. As will, the Japanese Steak Frites for Two, a grilled 30 oz. prime porterhouse with Nikka whisky mushroom jus & shoestring fries. Dinner only, reservations welcomed and recommended.
