The Bed and Breakfast is nestled on the beautiful campus of the University of Oklahoma.  The Manor offers a large suite with a cozy queen size pillow top bed, piled high with 3 inches of divine memory foam and sateen sheets.  Your private bathroom is equipped with a luxurious 2 person jetted tub and shower.  The skylights above the tub will allow you to relax and gaze at the stars with the one you love.  The suite also offers a seperate living area for you to enjoy.  You can help yourself to the Kuerig coffee maker and snack basket left for you on the mini bar.  With a seperate entrance you are free to come and go as you please.  The balcony is a great place to spend a peaceful summer evening or curl up with a cup of tea and read a good book on a Saturday afternoon.  Only 2 blocks from the campus of OU, The Manor is a great place to stay for all OU Alumni or Athletic events!!  We offer a variety of game day tailgate packages.  Whether you are a traveling fan, visiting professor or just a someone looking to get a way, The Manor is just the place.  We exude nothing but the up most hospitality and are so excited to welcome you to our home. The Manor features Simply Scrumptious Gourmet Catering.  Not only does Simply Scrumptious offer the best breakfast in town, you can also book a private dinner for you and yours.  If you are visiting friends or family in town and would like to welcome them to breakfast or dinner that also can be arranged.  Simply Scrumptious can pack a picnic, deliver wine and artisan cheese board or chill some champagne to enhance your stay here with us at The Manor.
