The Dot Printer was established in 1980 as a commercial sheet fed printer in a facility in Fountain Valley, Calif. In 1983, the company purchased its first Web press, expanded its prepress and bindery capabilities and became a leading lithographer in the Orange County, Calif., area. In 1993, the company opened a fulfillment and distribution division with an emphasis on electronic Web-based solutions for progressive fulfillment clients. Commercial printing products include direct mail, catalogs, sales sheets, annual reports, maps, presentation folders, inserts, posters, compact disc sleeves, calendars and brochures. Digital print services include short run static data, print-on-demand, variable data and one-to-one marketing, while large format services include signage, posters and backlite items. Fulfillment services include inventory management, product fulfillment, call centers, literature fulfillment, packaging and assembly, Web site development and rebate programs. The Dot Printer is headquartered in Irvine, Calif.
