Our Mission is source locally and only serve the freshest food our way. Taking cues from southern favorites our Chef adds just enough flair to offer something new while keeping classic dishes recognizable. We are proud to serve DE meals from Delaware farmers and purveyors. Our Chef and Co-owner Bill Clifton. Chef Bill Clifton is a Milford guy through and through. Born and raised in the area. He established himself as an innovator as Executive Chef for Rehoboth Beach mainstays Henlopen City Oyster House and The Blue Hen. He hopes to bring enough flair to central Sussex County and give folks an elevated place to enjoy a meal.
