The Center for Dance Arts II is proud to be a recreational dance studio located in beautiful downtown Winsted CT. Our focus is not only providing the best dance training available but also instilling teamwork, confidence and discipline in all of our dancers. Our atmosphere is relaxing, fun, friendly and family oriented! We love what we do, and it reflects back in all of our students! Our competition students have competed regionally for the past 8 years and during this time have won over 600 awards! All of the dancers that have graduated with CFDA II have gone on to college or trade school! Our staff consists of Lisa Cormier (owner), Carissa Monroe and Sara Donaghy. All of our teachers have the same goal: to teach your child the art of dance while encouraging new friendships, building confidence and creativity in an atmosphere where they feel safe and comfortable. No negative attitudes are tolerated and we have a no bullying policy! Our classes begin in September and end in June with a fantastic and fun recital held at Northwest Regional 7 High School! We are an equal opportunity studio and will turn no one away! All are welcome and family discounts are available! Classes start at $42 per month and go up depending on the amount of classes enrolled. Family and multiple class discounts are available as well as discounts for payments in full. Payment plans are available upon request.
