TGR Fitness proudly offers the widest and best variety of group fitness classes and pole fitness classes throughout Central Iowa. Our classes are strategically designed for every woman - no matter what size, age or fitness level. We offer six different monthly memberships offering classes as low as $4 per class; or drop-in anytime for just $15.  Bring a friend or find one when you get here! Personal Training is another of our areas of strength and includes many levels such as boot camps, ballet to hip hop dance instruction and personal pole lessons. We also specialize in private parties to celebrate every occasion; “Last Fling Before the Ring” & “Mom’s Gone Wild” to name a few. Monthly workshops highlighting the talents of our fabulous instructors offer training while having fun in specialty fitness areas such as our annual Halloween Bash and Santa Baby workshops.
