General Info:

Our goal is to improve the usability and experience of the exterior space of your home or workplace. This begins with our first meeting in which we define your needs for the space and the potential features that will realize your vision. We'll consider the various structural options and desired aesthetic to create a design. Shortly thereafter we'll send you an estimate of the cost of the proposed installation. At this point, you may choose to move forward with the plan or you may consider other options for your project to suit your needs. We are happy to work through this process with you to ensure that you find the best solution. When you are confident in the design you have chosen we'll agree on a payment plan, sign a contract, and set a start date. On the job Terrain Build maintains a tidy workspace. We will typically keep our equipment on site and do what is needed to protect your residence and maintain a friendly rapport with your neighbors. We understand that having a crew working at your home or workplace can be inconvenient at times so we do our best to make our presence as unobtrusive as we can and to accommodate your schedule as needed. We are proud of what we build and see each installation as a monument to our labor and creativity. Our installations are built to the industry standard at a minimum and we are committed to their integrity. We love to incorporate artistic elements into what we build to give your space a unique, personal, and one-of-a-kind quality.
