Tender Lovin’ Child Care Learning Center has been offering families throughout Richmond, VA and Henrico with the highest quality early learning child care and education program for over 20 years. What began as a vision of providing an environment of love and care in the community is now an educational playground for your child's intellectual, creative, social and physical growth. Bright Start opens enrollment to all children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age to our early care and preschool program, ages 4 years to 12 years in our after school program. We welcome all children regardless of race, creed, color, or sexual orientation. It is our policy that any information regarding a child's family or other matters discussed with our center staff will be held in the strictest confidence. Our passionate and dedicated educators' primary concern is that your child's intellectual, creative, social and physical needs are given the utmost loving and nurturing care. Through individual attention, a creative curriculum and ongoing support, your child will develop the skills and confidence needed for a life time of learning
