Evanston first and oldest brewery, founded in 2013. Our Tap Room is open to the public every day but Monday. We serve up to 12 of our beers on tap as well as snacks such as popcorn, cheese curds, and pizza slices, but this is not a full-serve restaurant. You're welcome to bring in your own food or ask a bartender for our collection of take-out menus from local restaurants.
