More frequently, it is by investigating the off-exchange Plans that are available to the healthy and active individual and/or self-employed business owner. The Plan I normally recommend includes accentuated accident coverage so you'll only have $500 out-of-pocket were you to blow out your knee skiing or go over the handlebars on your mountain bike ... yes, $500 max out-of-pocket in the case of any accident.
