Originally from from Wayland MA - Kim and her family vacationed in Wellfleet for 15 years before taking the plunge and moving here year round in 2002. Kim, her husband and their four children now live by the tides on Lieutenant's Island and truly enjoy the slower paced lifestyle they have found on the Outer Cape. Kim worked as a licensed Custom House Broker in Boston for 15 years and is thrilled with her transition into Real Estate. Raised in the Northampton area of Western Massachusetts, Cathy has been living and working on the Lower Cape since 1991. With an extensive background in sales management, she has quickly become a natural in the field of real estate.
