I enjoy helping clients achieve and maintain a well-balanced diet to improve their quality of life. I am focused on keeping up with the current research and trends to deliver accurate, evidence-based care. My hobbies include fitness, walking my two dogs, Zoey and Sadie, and exploring the Dallas area. I enjoy preparing healthy meals for my family and trying new recipes. I am always looking for ways to make eating healthy easy and affordable for both my clients and myself. ​
