My name is Thuy Phan (Pronounced Ty or Ty San). I am the owner of "Love Sushi" formally "Sushi101" (Located in the University City area by UNCC). I have owned this restaurant since 1997. We are a family owned business. My heritage is Vietnamese, but I have worked 25 plus years in Japanese restaurants. I have used this knowledge to create quality sushi and other fine Japanese cuisine. And I have even employed a Japanese Sushi Chief that has helped me raise the bar on the quality of our sushi. Please come dine and celebrate life with us!!!
